We're seeking a Java Architect to lead design and delivery of scalable, resilient enterprise applications. You'll define architecture, guide engineering teams on microservices best practices, and ensure solutions align with DevOps and Agile delivery models. Core expertise in Core Java and Microservices is essential, with strong grounding in design/architectural patterns, SQL databases, UML, and modern CI/CD practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect & Design : Own end-to-end solution architecture for complex Java/Microservices systems; apply appropriate architectural and design patterns (e.g., domain-driven design, event-driven, Saga/Outbox).

- Technical Leadership : Provide hands-on guidance to engineers; review designs, code, and pipelines to uphold quality, performance, and security standards.

- Data & Integration : Model schemas; optimize queries across MySQL/Oracle; design robust API contracts and integration workflows.

- Documentation & Modeling : Produce high-quality UML artifacts (component, sequence, deployment) and maintain architectural decision records.

- DevOps & Delivery : Champion DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization, observability) within Agile teams; drive automation and reliability.

- Non-functional Excellence : Ensure scalability, availability, security, and cost efficiency are built into designs; lead performance tuning and capacity planning.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with product owners, platform teams, and QA to align architecture with business outcomes and release goals.

Must-Have Qualifications :

- 8-12 years of experience building enterprise solutions with Core Java and Microservices.

- Strong command of design/architectural patterns and UML modeling.

- Proficiency with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle) and data modeling.

- Proven experience operating within DevOps and Agile delivery frameworks.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/OpenShift), front-end stacks (Angular), and test automation frameworks (JUnit, Rest Assured, etc.).

- Exposure to telecom OSS domains and TM Forum standards/APIs (TMF).
