Janapriya Upscale is hiring a hands-on technology leader to own our cloud VPS servers, company websites, AI tools, office network and business application architecture end to end, and to manage our SAP support and hosting vendors. You will design, build, deploy and run systems yourself, not just coordinate vendors.

1. Cloud VPS, Hosting & Development:

- Own the cloud VPS environment that hosts our websites, MCP connectors, APIs and internal applications.

- Develop, deploy and maintain MCP connector servers and API services.

- Administer Linux servers (Ubuntu/Debian) and manage reverse proxies (Nginx), SSL, and DNS.

- Containerise services with Docker and set up CI/CD pipelines.

2. Websites & Digital Platforms:

- Own the corporate website and project microsites: hosting, performance, security and uptime.

- Manage the CMS (WordPress or headless CMS), themes, plugins, and security hardening.

- Integrate enquiry forms with Salesforce and ensure fast load times and mobile responsiveness.

3. AI Tools & Automation:

- Lead the company's AI adoption: identify high-value use cases across Sales, CRM, Finance and Projects.

- Evaluate, deploy and administer AI assistants (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot).

- Build and maintain integrations that let AI tools securely access company data.

4. SAP Vendor Coordination & Business Applications:

- Act as the single point of contact between the company and the SAP support vendor.

- Coordinate with Cloud4C on SAP infrastructure availability and performance.

- Build and maintain data pipelines and sync jobs between SAP, Salesforce and reporting systems.

5. Salesforce & Application Architecture:

- Design and architect Salesforce solutions aligned to the real estate sales and collections process.

- Own Salesforce administration: users, profiles, roles, permission sets, and automation (Flows, Apex).

6. Network, Firewalls & Telephony:

- Architect and design the network for head office, site offices and sales lounges.

- Manage firewalls (e.g. Fortinet, Sophos, Palo Alto) and cloud telephony solutions.

7. IT Operations & Governance:

- Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD).

- Ensure compliance with India's DPDP Act and manage the annual IT budget.

Technical Skills:

- Cloud: Strong hands-on cloud VPS management plus AWS and/or Azure.

- Programming: Python (required), JavaScript/Node.js (preferred), SQL.

- AI: LLM APIs, prompt engineering, AI agents and tool use.

- Salesforce: Solution architecture, administration, Flows, Apex and LWC.

- Networking: Network design, firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN.
