Ivanti - Senior Software Engineer - C++

Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer C++ with strong expertise in Windows Internals and SDK development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in system-level programming, performance optimization, and building scalable, high-performance applications on Windows platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work extensively with Windows Internals, including memory management, process/thread handling, and kernel interactions

- Develop and integrate solutions using the Windows SDK

- Debug complex issues at system and application levels

- Optimize code for performance, scalability, and reliability

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Product, and DevOps

- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Deep understanding of Windows Internals (processes, threads, memory, I/O, registry, etc.)

- Hands-on experience with Windows SDK / Win32 APIs

- Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and multithreading

- Experience with debugging tools like WinDbg, Visual Studio Debugger

- Familiarity with system-level programming and low-level design

- Understanding of performance tuning and optimization techniques

Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :

- Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols

- Exposure to cybersecurity, endpoint protection, or system monitoring tools

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git

- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
