IT Support Network and Hardware Executive

Location : Andheri East, Mumbai

Experience : 5-7 years

We are seeking a hands-on IT Support Executive to keep workplace systems, devices and connectivity running reliably. The role covers day-to-day user support, hardware and software troubleshooting, network maintenance, device setup and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide day-to-day technical support for desktops, laptops, printers and other workplace devices.

- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues.

- Set up, configure and maintain computers, printers and related IT equipment.

- Manage basic LAN, Wi-Fi and network-related issues.

- Support network and IT hardware installation and maintenance.

- Maintain an accurate IT hardware inventory and monitor the condition of systems.

- Respond to employee support requests and help minimise operational downtime.

Candidate Profile :

- Around 5 years of relevant experience in IT support, networking or hardware maintenance.

- Practical troubleshooting skills across Windows computers, peripherals, software and connectivity.

- Working knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi and basic network administration.

- Service-oriented approach with clear communication and dependable follow-through.
