Role :

- Should have minimum 7+ years of experience in Blue Yonder Discrete WMS on both configurations and integrations development.

- Should have prior implementation projects experience and aware about the BY WMS implementation projects tasks.

- Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs, pain points, and desired outcomes for the requested changes and enhancements.

- Analyze the existing Blue Yonder Discrete WMS configuration and data to identify opportunities for improvements and new capabilities.

- Document the detailed requirements, including functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Leverage the Blue Yonder Discrete WMS platform's configurability and customization capabilities to implement the requested changes and enhancements.

- Develop custom reports, labels, dashboards, and KPI metrics based on the Blue Yonder WMS data to meet the customer's reporting and analytics requirements.

- Implement data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure accurate and timely data availability for reporting and analytics.

- Optimize data management practices, including data cleansing, normalization, and governance, to maintain data integrity and reliability.

- To train our operators on Blue Yonder Discrete WMS Superuser tasks.

- Provide comprehensive training to the customer's end-users on the new features, functionalities, and reporting capabilities.

- Develop user guides, training materials, and knowledge base articles to ensure the customer's team can effectively utilize the enhanced Blue Yonder Discrete WMS.

- Monitor the performance and adoption of the implemented changes and enhancements and gather feedback from the customer.

- Identify and prioritize additional improvement opportunities based on the customer's evolving needs and industry best practices.

- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the Blue Yonder Discrete WMS and its integrations.
