Your role : IT Security Onboarding Business Analyst.

Do you have a solid understanding of Identity & Access Management solutions and processes ? Do you have a track record of influencing IT stakeholders and business partners ? Do you have proven ability to solve complex issues, covering both technical and business needs?

We are looking for an Access Management Support/Business Analyst to join our onboarding and Migrations team, to :

- Work across access governance applications that provide services to IT asset owners to configure and maintain access management for their IT assets.

- Engage in a large scale applications onboarding activity to Access Management systems.

- Collaborate with technologists to drive brand new onboarding of applications (together with their access rights and respective entitlements) or migration from the legacy to the new strategic Entitlement Provisioning solution.

- Identify opportunities to improve the application onboarding processes to reduce all security and operational risks in line with organization policies and compliance standards.

- Work on data analysis and building functional reports to help various business processes within the organization.

Your team :

- You will be working in Access Governance and Onboarding [AG&O] team with in Technology Information Security Office, helping to source, develop, implement, maintain and support world-class technology solutions.

- Technology Information Security Office (TISO) is a global organization within Group Operations and Technology Office (GOTO).

- Our services focus on Access Management for applications and infrastructure, identity management for users, directories, detecting/preventing measures for cyber threats, and exchanging/storing data securely.

- We provide consolidated and reliable security services that implement secure design principles, and create best-fit solutions.

- As an expert in Access Governance domain, you'll be part of our team in India and working closely with the internal project team.

- The team is responsible for access management to IT Assets used across the organization.

- Our team is global, diverse and collaborative as we work across organizations to keep our technology, applications and the businesses they support secure.

Your Expertise :

- Ideally 5 to 8 years experience with a Bachelors or Masters degree with exposure to Computer Science.

- Solid proficiency and hands-on in Identity and Access Management concepts (IAM);

- Experience in working with SQL queries for Data Analysis.

- Advanced expertise in using Microsoft Excel is must.

- Must possess ability to explain complicated technical matters clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Excellent communication skills in English is must to communicate and collaborate with different internal stakeholders located Globally.

- Working experience (or willingness to learn) in data analytics tools like Alteryx or PowerBI (or similar data analytic tools like Tableau) is an added advantage.

- Previous experience with Onboarding / migration / support projects (ideally software ones, with the focus on data and apps onboarding and migrations from the legacy to the new environment) is also an added advantage.
