We are looking for an experienced IT Process Software Architect with extensive expertise in process management, software development, and cloud technologies to support the ongoing development of software for modeling a deployment process.

This role is for an IT Process Software Architect responsible for the further development of an existing software application used to model a deployment process.

The architect will support the development team in India in enhancing the software product, working as a counterpart to a colleague in Germany. This position is based in Pune and requires over 10 years of experience.

Responsibilities :

- Analyze, optimize, and automate IT-supported business processes and workflows, especially in complex organizational environments.

- Design and implement efficient process and software architectures.

- Conduct gap analyses and create detailed process documentation.

- Develop and implement efficient IT process solutions.

- Manage IT governance tasks, including risk management and controlling.

- Lead digital transformation projects with cross-functional teams.

- Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify optimization potential.

- Create and maintain process documentation, workflows, and policies.

- Support IT projects including requirements management and testing.

- Train and advise employees on new processes and tools.

- Integrate new technologies such as Cloud, CI/CD, and container technologies into existing systems.
