Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Operations Leader with strong expertise in Policy and Charging Control (PCC) solutions, including OCS, CCS, PCRF/PCF, and DPI platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, deployment, monitoring, and optimization of real-time charging and policy control systems while driving service excellence and customer satisfaction.

The role involves managing production environments, resolving critical incidents, leading customer escalations, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure high service availability and SLA compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage the day-to-day operations of PCC platforms, including OCS, CCS, PCRF/PCF, and DPI.

- Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of real-time charging and policy management systems.

- Monitor network traffic, subscriber sessions, charging transactions, and policy enforcement activities.

- Analyze and troubleshoot charging and policy-related issues affecting subscriber services.

- Support application deployments, upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance activities.

- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production incidents and implement preventive measures.

- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Drive SLA adherence and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Prepare operational dashboards, performance metrics, and service reports.

- Handle customer escalations and provide timely technical resolutions.

- Lead and mentor the operations team by allocating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring successful project execution.

Required Skills & Experience :

1. Telecom Domain Expertise :

- Strong understanding of Policy and Charging Control (PCC) architecture.

- Hands-on experience with :

1. Online Charging System (OCS)

2. Converged Charging System (CCS)

3. PCRF/PCF

4. Deep Packet Inspection (DPI)

5. Subscriber Policy Management

2. Protocol Knowledge :

- Diameter (Gy, Gx, Sy, Rx, Ro)

- HTTP/REST APIs

- LDAP

- RADIUS

3. Networking Knowledge :

- 3G, 4G LTE, and 5G Core Networks

- EPC Architecture

- Charging and Billing Concepts

- Subscriber Lifecycle Management

Preferred Technical Skills :

- Kubernetes

- Docker

- Linux Administration

- MySQL/PostgreSQL

- Monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Zabbix

Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
