- 4+ years of experience in Production Support, Platform Operations, or Application Operations roles

- Strong experience handling production incidents, SLAs, and operational escalations

- Good hands-on experience with SQL (data validation, querying, analysis)

- Strong Linux fundamentals (logs, processes, basic shell commands)

- Exposure to monitoring and alerting tools such as Datadog or similar systems

- Familiarity with cloud-based environments (preferably AWS)

- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and client-facing environments

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

- Candidates are expected to be familiar with the following tools and concepts; deep hands-on expertise is not mandatory :

1. Airflow understanding DAGs, scheduling, and failure scenarios

2. ETL / PySpark conceptual understanding of data pipelines (not big data engineering)

3. Kubernetes / Containers operational awareness (pods, logs, restarts)

4. Python / Shell scripting basic scripting for checks and small automations Cloud infrastructure (AWS) operational usage and troubleshooting
