About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to oversee and drive multiple IT projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in Python, PHP, PowerShell, and low-code tools with proven project management, LEAN process improvement, and Agile delivery experience.

This is a leadership role requiring strategic thinking, excellent communication, and the ability to mentor teams while ensuring the successful delivery of complex IT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage 510 simultaneous IT projects, ensuring all deliverables meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Oversee the full project lifecycle from planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

- Monitor and report project progress to senior management and stakeholders.

- Implement best practices in software development, change management, and IT governance.

- Review team outputs across multiple disciplines to ensure quality and adherence to standards.

- Identify skill gaps within teams and develop training, mentorship, and development plans.

- Provide regular feedback, performance reviews, and guidance to team members to drive continuous improvement.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and accountability.

- Analyze workflows and identify inefficiencies using LEAN principles.

- Recommend, implement, and monitor process enhancements to increase productivity and reduce waste.

- Conduct business process analysis in collaboration with technical and business staff.

- Develop formal business requirements, use cases, and workflow documentation to guide IT initiatives.

- Lead technical teams in Python and PHP development, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Develop and maintain scripts and automation using PowerShell or low-code platforms like Power Automate.

- Evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks for adoption to improve efficiency and performance.

- Ensure system scalability, security, and reliability in IT solutions.

- Implement and promote Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, to deliver projects efficiently.

- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.

- Ensure timely resolution of technical and operational challenges affecting project delivery.

- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlog items effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

- 4+ years of experience managing IT projects and teams (84 months).

- Strong knowledge of Python and PHP programming.

- Hands-on experience with PowerShell or low-code automation tools like Power Automate.

- Familiarity with Agile software development practices.

- Strong understanding of LEAN principles for workflow optimization and process improvement.

- Experience with business process analysis, workflow mapping, and documentation.

- Knowledge of project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project, etc.) and version control systems (Git, SVN)
