Role Overview :

We are seeking a proactive IT professional to manage IT infrastructure, cybersecurity protocols, and technology support across the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless IT operations, data integrity, network security, and drive technology enhancement initiatives for business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure across locations, including servers, networks, LAN/WAN, hardware & software assets

- Monitor and administer Windows environment, Office 365 ecosystem, user access controls, and license management

- Provide end-to-end IT support to users and troubleshoot system/network issues promptly

- Implement cybersecurity best practices, antivirus/firewall management, and data protection protocols

- Oversee data backup systems, disaster recovery routines, and secure storage processes

- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT procurement, AMC, and technical support

- Drive digital transformation initiatives and adoption of new tools & technologies

- Maintain IT policies, documentation, access logs, and compliance reporting

- Ensure patch management, system updates, and performance optimization

- Conduct periodic IT training and awareness for internal teams

Required Skillsets :

- Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN/VPN), Windows OS, MS Office 365 suite

- Experience with antivirus/firewall systems, network security & data protection

- Hands-on experience in IT hardware/software troubleshooting

- Knowledge of data backup systems and cloud computing environments

- Familiarity with automation, digital tools, and IT process improvement

- Good vendor management and reporting skills

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities

Qualifications :

- Graduate or Postgraduate in Computer Science / IT / Electronics / Information Systems

- 3- 5 years of IT administration experience in a professional services environment preferred
