We are looking for a technically strong and proactive IT Manager to drive technology initiatives and ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our IT infrastructure.

This role sits at the intersection of IT infrastructure operations, cybersecurity, and technology innovation - making it ideal for someone who combines deep technical expertise with the ability to lead a team, drive cross-functional projects, and operate in a regulated environment.

Direct Responsibilities :

- Technology & Automation Projects : Execute technology initiatives spanning AI, RPA, Python, Java, and Macros across Operations, Research, Sales, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity teams. You'll coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, evaluate emerging technologies, and proactively identify opportunities to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.

- Security & Regulatory Compliance : Implement infrastructure security controls and support compliance with frameworks including SEBI CSCRF and ISO 27001. Assist with regulatory and internal audits, ensuring documentation and controls are audit-ready at all times.

- Documentation & Reporting : Maintain up-to-date infrastructure documentation, SOPs, and architecture diagrams. Produce operational reports for internal monitoring and regulatory submissions.

Team Leadership Responsibilities :

- The IT Manager will take ownership and provide hands-on leadership to the team across the following operational domains:

Infrastructure Management :

- Drive end-to-end management of servers, storage, virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud infrastructure - setting standards for high availability, performance, and resilience across all systems.

System Administration :

- Guide the team in deploying, configuring, and maintaining Windows and Linux servers, including core services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file systems.

Network Management :

- Oversee enterprise network environments - LAN, WAN, VPN, MPLS, firewalls, switches, and routers - championing redundancy, stability, and uninterrupted connectivity across the organization.

Vulnerability & Patch Management :

- Direct system hardening efforts, vulnerability assessments, and patch management cycles across all infrastructure components to maintain a consistently strong security posture.

Backup & Disaster Recovery :

- Steer backup operations, restoration testing, and DR infrastructure maintenance. Lead periodic DR drills and ensure the team meets defined RPO/RTO targets without exception.

Incident & Change Management :

- Own the incident response process - guiding the team through resolution, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews. Oversee change management for system upgrades and maintenance windows, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
