Role Overview :

As the IT Manager - Cloud & Networking, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and management of our cloud infrastructure and network environment, ensuring its reliability, security, and compliance with GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 regulations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Quality Assurance, and Operations, to deliver robust and scalable IT solutions that support our business objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining a secure and compliant IT infrastructure, enabling efficient operations and driving innovation within the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute the cloud and network strategy, aligning with business goals and regulatory requirements, to ensure a secure, scalable, and compliant IT infrastructure.

- Manage and maintain the AWS cloud environment, including infrastructure provisioning, security configuration, and cost optimization, to ensure optimal performance and resource utilization.

- Design, implement, and manage SD-WAN solutions to optimize network performance and connectivity across multiple sites, enhancing user experience and business productivity.

- Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of firewalls and network security systems to protect against cyber threats and ensure data integrity.

- Lead the implementation and maintenance of WAN/LAN infrastructure, ensuring reliable network connectivity and performance for all users.

- Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and procedures to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity in the event of a disruption.

- Manage IT service management processes, including incident, problem, and change management, to ensure timely resolution of issues and continuous improvement of IT services.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

- Ensure compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and CSV requirements in all IT activities, maintaining documentation and validation processes to meet regulatory standards.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the network engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and manage complex cloud and network infrastructures, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.

- Proven expertise in AWS cloud services, including EC2, S3, VPC, and IAM, with the ability to optimize cloud resources and costs.

- Strong understanding of network security principles and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPNs.

- Excellent knowledge of SD-WAN technologies and their application in optimizing network performance and connectivity.

- Ability to manage IT service management processes, including incident, problem, and change management, using ITIL frameworks.

- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management.

- In-depth knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and CSV requirements, with the ability to ensure compliance in all IT activities.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Adaptable to on-site work environment in Thane, Navi Mumbai.
