Key Requirements :

- Design and develop end-to-end solutions using server and storage leading vendor technologies.

- Lead the hands-on implementation and configuration of server and storage infrastructure, including hardware and software installation, SAN zoning, and data migration, integration with VMware/Hyper-V.

- Resolve complex hardware and software issues related to servers and storage, often collaborating with other technical teams and vendor teams.

- Develop architecture diagrams, high-level design (HLD) & low-level design (LLD).

- Size and configure infrastructure using vendor configurators & sizers e.g. Dell Enterprise Infrastructure Configurator (EIP) or DSA tools or HPE OneView.

- Recommend compute and storage consolidation, virtualization, and modernization solutions (VMware, Hyper-V, Red Hat, etc.).

- Participate in client meetings to understand business & technical requirements.

- Deliver technical presentations, POCs, and demos with Vendor / distributor teams.

- Support the sales team with technical inputs during RFP/RFQ responses.

- Prepare detailed technical proposals, BoQs and compliance matrices.

- Work with Dell SEs and partners for solution validation and best practices.

- Understand customer workloads (SAP HANA, Core Banking, Oracle, AI/ML, ERP, Virtualization, etc.) and design IBM-based infrastructure solutions.

Required Technical Expertise :

Combination of Solutions and Technologies from the following by any vendor :

Design end-to-end solutions using technologies :

- Compute : PowerEdge servers, iDRAC, HPE ProLiant DL/ML/XL series

- Storage : iSCSI, NAS, SAN Storage. PowerStore, PowerVault, HPE Alletra 6000/9000, Primera, 3PAR, Nimble Storage.

- Virtualization : VMware vSphere/VCF, Hyper-V, vCenter integration, SRM, DR.

- HCI : VxRail, vSAN Ready Nodes, HPE SimpliVity, Nutanix

- Networking : SAN zoning, FC/iSCSI design, switch configuration (Dell/ Brocade/ Cisco).

- Operating Systems : RHEL, Windows Server, VMware ESXi, Linux fundamentals.

- Knowledge and skills on IBM Systems : IBM Power, IBM FlashSystem, Power VM, Tap Libraries and any data protection / backup products such as IBM TSM, Veeam, Commvault, Veritas, shall have an additional advantage.

Experience :

- 3-7 years of proven experience in an implementation, presales, technical consulting, or systems engineering role focused on data center technologies.

- Prior experience to any one vendor ecosystem HPE, DELL, IBM (Server, Storage, HCI) is mandatory.

- Experience working with enterprise customers in BFSI, Manufacturing, PSU, or Healthcare.

- Experience working with sizers, tools, BoQ configurators.

- Strong understanding of modern data center, hybrid cloud, and AI-ready infrastructure trends.

- Understanding of Networking including network security, VLANs, firewalling, WAF, VPN & Load Balancer services, is preferable.

- Vendor certifications - associate and / or professional certifications, is preferable.

- Good English communication and team working skills.

- Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions, often involving third-party software from vendors like Veeam or Commvault will have added advantage.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelors or B-Tech degree, preferably in Computer Science, a technical discipline.
