Role Summary :

We are seeking a high-caliber IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the technology foundation of our global MNC operations in Pune. In this senior leadership role, you will act as a "Service Delivery Orchestrator," responsible for the strategic management of endpoint deployments, server architecture, and cloud ecosystems.

You will oversee a robust infrastructure stack, with a specialized focus on SCCM/Intune for automated device management and AD/PKI for secure identity governance.

The ideal candidate is a people-first leader who can navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, ensure 99.9% system uptime, and drive infrastructure security initiatives in a fast-paced, high-compliance environment.

Responsibilities :

- Endpoint Deployment Strategy: Lead and oversee large-scale SCCM (MECM) and Intune deployment frameworks, ensuring seamless OS provisioning and application lifecycle management across the global enterprise.

- Application Packaging Governance: Manage the technical standards for endpoint application packaging, ensuring compatibility, security hardening, and automated silent installations for diverse business units.

- Hybrid Cloud & Server Oversight: Drive the roadmap for on-premise server environments and Azure/AWS cloud integrations, optimizing resource utilization and disaster recovery readiness.

- Identity & Access Security: Deep-dive into the management of Active Directory (AD) and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) to ensure robust certificate management and secure authentication protocols.

- IT Security Posture: Collaborate with CISO teams to implement endpoint security patches, firewalls, and data protection policies, ensuring the infrastructure is resilient against modern cyber threats.

- People Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of infrastructure engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous professional growth.

- Stakeholder Orchestration: Act as the primary point of contact for global business leaders and vendors, translating complex technical roadblocks into actionable business updates.

- Operational Excellence: Manage IT infrastructure budgets, vendor contracts, and SLAs, ensuring all infrastructure services align with the MNCs global delivery standards.

- Modern Workplace Transformation: Drive the transition from traditional image-based deployments to Windows Autopilot and cloud-native management via Intune.

- Incident & Change Management: Oversee high-priority (P1/P2) infrastructure incidents, conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ensuring robust change control processes are followed.

Technical Requirements

- Infrastructure Leadership: 10+ years of dedicated experience in Infrastructure Management within an MNC environment.

- SCCM & Intune Mastery: Advanced expertise in Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) for application packaging and deployment.

- Security & Identity: Hands-on technical depth in AD, PKI, and Group Policy (GPO) management.

- Server & Cloud: Proven experience in managing Windows/Linux Server environments and Cloud Infrastructure (Azure preferred).

- Process Proficiency: Strong understanding of ITIL v4 frameworks and IT Infrastructure security best practices.

Preferred Skills

- Automation: Proficiency in PowerShell for infrastructure and deployment automation.

- Mobile Device Management (MDM): Experience in managing iOS/Android endpoints via Intune or similar platforms.

- Virtualization: Knowledge of VMware or Hyper-V environments at an enterprise scale.
