Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned IT Infrastructure Manager to lead our technology operations in Gurugram. In this role, you will be the backbone of our digital environment, overseeing the end-to-end management of our server, network, and security ecosystems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional leadership and external vendors to ensure our IT landscape remains resilient, scalable, and highly available. By driving operational excellence and maintaining rigorous service standards, you will directly impact business continuity and empower our workforce to deliver high-quality outcomes for our global clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and maintain robust Windows Server and Active Directory environments to ensure seamless identity management and system reliability for all internal users.

- Oversee virtualization strategies to optimize resource utilization and enhance the agility of our server infrastructure.

- Manage comprehensive network security protocols, including the configuration of firewalls and routing and switching hardware, to protect corporate data from evolving cyber threats.

- Deploy and monitor Symantec Endpoint Protection across the enterprise to maintain a secure and compliant computing environment.

- Govern ISP relationships and service level agreements (SLAs) to guarantee high-speed connectivity and minimal downtime for critical business operations.

- Lead IT operations teams through complex troubleshooting and infrastructure upgrades, ensuring that technical initiatives align with broader organizational goals.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex IT infrastructure, with a proven track record of maintaining high system availability and security standards.

- Strong technical proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies, coupled with the ability to design scalable network architectures.

- Advanced knowledge of network security, including firewall management and routing/switching, to safeguard enterprise-wide data integrity.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively with ISPs and vendors to ensure adherence to stringent SLAs.

- Proven capability to lead and mentor technical teams, fostering a culture of accountability and proactive problem-solving.

- Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical challenges into actionable business insights for senior management.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by relevant industry certifications.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site work environment in Gurugram, demonstrating adaptability and a hands-on approach to infrastructure management.
