Job Title : Infra Manager

Location : Mumbai

Experience : 12+ Years

Responsibilities :

- Infra Provisioning : Deploying, hardening, patching, and debugging outages for Windows and Linux-based VMs. Storage and Backup - backup and recovery of VMs/Databases, SAN Storage provisioning.

- AI & Automation Enablement : Champion AI-driven automation to simplify developer workflows, improve platform reliability, and increase operational efficiency.

- Develop and execute cloud platform strategies aligning with business goals, focusing on resilience, security, cost governance, and performance.

- Lead and mentor high-performing teams of cloud platform engineers and observability specialists.

- Drive security and compliance best practices across cloud infrastructure and services. Oversee incident and problem management to improve platform reliability.

- Expert Understanding of Middleware and SSL technologies - Tomcat, Weblogic, JBoss, Wildfly, NGINX, Load Balancer, IIS.

- Lead and resolve complex system issues, including server crashes, performance bottlenecks, and network problems following Incident process within agreed SLAs.

- Experience in - OS & 3rd party s/w upgrades & patches, Inventory management, Repository, User access Management, Capacity planning.

- Hands-on experience with virtualization tools such as KVM, GCP, VMWare with a deep understanding of hypervisor-based virtualization, containerization, and cloud environments.

- Exposure in Automation, Scripting, Terraform, Ansible vast experience in infrastructure with as Manager (at least 10 team members).

- Hands-on experience in design and maintenance of Windows Server infrastructure, including AD, ADFS, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
