IT Infrastructure Lead - Windows System Administration

Title : IT Infrastructure Lead.

Location : Gurugram, India (100% Onsite).

Employment Type : Full-time Permanent.

Education : BE/B.Tech only (No other degrees will be considered).

Role :

Were looking for a hands-on IT Infrastructure Lead with deep technical expertise in Windows systems and Microsoft 365 environments to oversee and optimize our core IT operations.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the management and maintenance of Windows Server infrastructure (20122022) in both physical and virtual environments.

- Administer and support Active Directory (AD), GPOs, FSMO roles, and domain services.

- Configure and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, DFS, WSUS, file and print servers.

- Oversee Office 365 / Microsoft 365 administration including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.

- Use PowerShell scripting to automate tasks and streamline operations.

- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence.

- Ensure adherence to networking and IT security best practices across infrastructure.

- Lead incident management, RCA, patching cycles, and compliance initiatives.

Required Skills :

- 10+ years of experience in Windows system administration and IT infrastructure management.

- Strong command over Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022.

- Proven experience in Office 365 / Microsoft 365 environment support.

- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.

- Solid grasp of networking fundamentals and IT security protocols.

- Effective vendor and stakeholder management skills.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
