Role Overview :

As an IT Infrastructure Lead, you will serve as the technical backbone of our international operations, overseeing the design, deployment, and maintenance of robust enterprise systems. You will work closely with global stakeholders, cross-functional engineering teams, and external vendors to ensure our IT ecosystem remains resilient, scalable, and secure. By driving operational excellence and optimizing our server and cloud environments, you will directly impact business continuity and provide a seamless digital experience for our global workforce and clients alike.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and manage end-to-end IT infrastructure operations to ensure high availability and performance across international data centers and cloud environments.

- Lead the administration and optimization of Windows and Linux server environments, ensuring security patches and system updates are executed without disrupting business workflows.

- Oversee the lifecycle management of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory to maintain secure identity governance and seamless access control for global users.

- Direct the configuration and troubleshooting of virtualization platforms, including VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter Server, to maximize resource utilization and hardware efficiency.

- Manage Microsoft 365 tenant configurations and Hyper-V environments to support collaborative productivity tools and virtualized workloads.

- Mentor junior infrastructure engineers and collaborate with IT leadership to align technical roadmaps with long-term organizational growth objectives.

- Implement proactive monitoring and disaster recovery protocols to minimize downtime and protect critical business data.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex, multi-site IT infrastructure with a deep technical command of Windows and Linux server administration.

- Proven ability to design and secure identity management frameworks using Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 in a global enterprise setting.

- Advanced proficiency in virtualization technologies, specifically VMware vSphere, ESXi, and Hyper-V, with a track record of optimizing virtual machine performance.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead remote, cross-cultural teams effectively.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on root-cause analysis and continuous improvement of infrastructure operations.

- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by relevant industry certifications.

- High degree of adaptability and professional maturity, capable of thriving in a fast-paced international work environment while maintaining rigorous standards for documentation and compliance.

- Total Experience : 7 - 12 years of relevant experience in managing enterprise-grade IT infrastructure.
