Job Description :

- Banking domain experience is mandatory.

- Proven experience in managing enterprise IT infrastructure.

- Experience in managing regulatory compliance, Internal Audit, and CSITE audits.

- Progressive experience in infrastructure engineering and enterprise systems management.

- Understanding and experience in implementing security solutions across perimeter and internal networks.

- Hardware Load Balancers, Web App Firewalls (WAF), Core Switches, VMware architecture, and hybrid infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Direct the end-to-end strategy and execution of IT infrastructure operations to ensure 99.99% uptime for mission-critical business applications.

- Manage complex data center operations, including cloud migration initiatives and hybrid environment optimization, to support long-term business scalability.

- Lead and mentor high-performing technical teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in service delivery.

- Oversee large-scale IT budgets and vendor relationships to ensure cost-efficiency and high-quality service level agreements across the organization.

- Implement robust security frameworks and disaster recovery protocols to protect organizational data assets and ensure business continuity under all conditions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into high-performance technical solutions that drive operational efficiency.
