Position : IT Director CIO Area | Global IT Delivery & Development Center (DDC), Pune

Location : Pune, India

Job Summary :


We are seeking an experienced IT Director (CIO Area) to lead and coordinate the activities of our Global IT Delivery & Development Center (DDC) in Pune.


As the senior on-site IT leader, you will oversee cross-functional teams across SAP, Salesforce, Data & Analytics, Integration, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity, driving alignment with Fluidras global IT strategy.


This strategic and operational role involves leadership, governance, people development, and global collaboration to ensure the DDC operates as a high-performing, value-driven IT hub.


Key Responsibilities :


- Lead and represent the CIO organization within the Pune DDC.


- Oversee performance, governance, and collaboration across all IT domains.


- Partner with global IT leadership to align local delivery with corporate priorities.


- Drive talent development, engagement, and capability building.


- Ensure adherence to global IT standards, security, and compliance frameworks.


Qualifications :


- 15+ years of experience in global IT delivery or offshore center management, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.


- Strong understanding of enterprise IT (SAP, Salesforce, Data, Integration, Infra, Cybersecurity).


- Proven experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional IT operations within a global or matrix organization.


- Masters degree in IT, Engineering, or Business Administration.


- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred Skills :


- Experience managing global delivery centers or shared service models.


- Familiarity with cloud, agile, and digital transformation initiatives.


- ITIL, PMP, or Agile certification is a plus.
