We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as Team Member - IT Audits and play a key role in strengthening IT governance, compliance, and risk frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

- Deliver IT Audit assignments including :

a. IT Application & Infrastructure Audits

b. Application Security Assessments

c. Vendor Audits

d. Concurrent Audits

e. Thematic Reviews

f. Regulatory submissions

- Develop and enhance Risk-Based Audit Frameworks aligned with RBI regulations and ISO 27001 standards.

- Manage and coordinate with outsourced audit partners to ensure :

a. Timely execution

b. Cost optimization

c. High-quality audit outcomes

- Establish and maintain Quality Assurance & Improvement Programs and support internal/external quality assessments.

- Provide advisory support on IT controls, IT risk management, and governance initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 5 to 10 years of experience in IT Audits, preferably in BFSI

- Mandatory : CISA Certification

- Preferred : CISM / CRISC / CISSP

- Strong understanding of RBI circulars, IT controls, and Information Security standards

- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

- Team handling experience is an added advantage

- Self-driven, energetic, and capable of managing multiple priorities
