Job Description:

- Demonstrated hands-on experience managing IT assets in a medium-to-large organization, with a proven track record of meeting compliance requirements.

- Unix scripting is mandatory.

- Strong working knowledge of OpenText or similar enterprise asset tracking tools.

- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage, networking, and end-user devices.

- Proven Integration knowledge & experience combining business applications and infrastructure services.

- Strong knowledge in understanding business needs and delivering reporting requirements.

- Strong knowledge of web applications and their deployment, with excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and compliance requirements.

- Ability to communicate executively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience with ITIL or other IT service management and compliance frameworks.

- Experience defining & building a process, process automation, and workflow optimization within asset management systems.

- Familiarity with compliance standards and audit requirements related to IT assets, such as SOX, GDPR, or ISO certifications.
