Role Overview :

Were hiring a veteran C++ / VC++ developer to modernize and maintain legacy systems, build robust native applications, and work on performance-critical modules in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using C++/VC++ on Windows platforms.

- Refactor and optimize legacy codebases for performance and maintainability.

- Debug complex issues related to memory management, multi-threading, and integration.

- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate C++ modules with modern systems.

- Maintain compliance with industry coding standards and secure coding practices.

Required Skills :

- Expert-level proficiency in C++ and VC++.

- Solid understanding of Win32 APIs, MFC, COM, and multithreaded programming.

- Experience with software optimization, debugging tools, and static code analysis.

- Exposure to build automation tools (Make, MSBuild), version control (Git/SVN).

- Familiarity with transitioning legacy systems to modern platforms is a strong plus
