About the job :

Job Summary :

We are seeking a Free SWITCH Developer to Manage & Develop FreeSWITCH based telephony applications.

You will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and DevOps to build modern, performant, and scalable telephony applications / platform.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, deeply experienced in the Free SWITCH, and has a strong background in developing, deploying & managing Free SWITCH based Telephony applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- FS Management & development

- Hands on Experience on Deploying FreeSWITCH on Linux Cloud.

- Integrate VoIP gateways with FreeSWITCH.

- Configuring FreeSWITCH Modules e.g mod_call_center, mod_xml_curl

- Developing Call Centre applications using Free SWITCH which includes Mult Tenant Call Centre with Auto Dialer & ACD Configuration.

- Configuring MT based reporting and analytics in FreeSWITCH

- Deploying FreeSWITCH in HA Mode with clusters mandatory.

- Work closely with UI/UX development team to integrate FS functionalities and extend it to UI.

- Able to Write code to control FreeSWITCH functionalities & settings

- Configuring Kamailio with FreeSWITCH in LB mode,

- Configuring FS for Live call migration.

- Postgres SQL with Cluster and HA mode.

Must-have Skills & Qualifications :

- Free SWITCH.

- Kamailio.

- Postgres SQL.

- Micro services in Python, Node

Good-To-Have (Preferred) :

- GCP or AWS,

- Linux
