We are seeking a passionate and talented UI/UX Designer who excels at transforming complex problems into simple, elegant, and functional user interfaces. You will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our AI-driven products by working closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders.

Your creative vision and user-centered design approach will help craft intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling interfaces that delight users and align with our product goals. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design process - from conceptual wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and scalable design systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Translate product vision, user research, and business requirements into intuitive, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing designs.

- Create wireframes, user flows, storyboards, process flows, and site maps that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

- Design polished UI screens, interactive prototypes, and animations using Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent tools. Collaborate with developers to ensure design fidelity and seamless implementation.

- Conduct usability testing, gather user feedback, and iterate designs to improve usability, accessibility, and engagement.

- Develop and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components to ensure consistency across products and platforms.

- Design user interfaces optimized for a variety of devices and screen sizes desktop, tablet, and mobile - following accessibility standards (WCAG).

- Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to align on requirements and deliver user-centric solutions.

- Champion design thinking and user experience best practices across the organization, fostering a culture of innovation and empathy.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field - or equivalent professional experience.

- 2 to 6 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web or SaaS products.

- Proficient with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design, showcasing web and mobile interfaces with clear problem-solving impact.

- Solid understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design principles.

- Familiarity with UX research methods including user interviews, surveys, heuristic evaluations, and usability testing.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
