Job Summary :

Key Responsibilities :

- Architecture Design : Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures for web applications using the MERN stack.

- Development : Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both front-end (React) and back-end (Node.js, Express.js) components.

- Database Management : Design and optimize MongoDB and MySQL schemas, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.

- Code Review : Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

- Project Management : Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

- Integration : Oversee the integration of APIs, third-party services, and microservices to enhance application functionality.

- Performance Optimization : Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in applications and databases.

- Agile Practices : Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure timely delivery of projects.

- Technical Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, API specifications, and deployment processes.

- Innovation : Stay updated with the latest trends in MERN stack technologies and propose innovative solutions to improve development processes.

Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with the MERN stack.

- 2+ years in a technical lead or senior developer role, managing teams or projects.

Technical Skills :

- Expertise in MongoDB and MySQL (schema design, indexing, aggregation, and query optimization).

- Proficiency in Express.js and Node.js for building RESTful APIs and server-side logic.

- Strong knowledge of React, including hooks, state management (Redux, Context API), and component lifecycle.

- Experience with JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern front-end build tools (Webpack, Vite).

- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms, with hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and containerization (Docker).

- Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a development team.

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Certifications : Certifications in MERN stack technologies, MySQL, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Agile methodologies are highly desirable.
