Isha Foundation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Odoo Developer to lead the design, development, customization, and implementation of Odoo-based business applications.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Odoo (v12 and above), strong Python expertise, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient Odoo solutions.

This role involves working closely with functional teams, ensuring smooth integration, and delivering high-performance modules that support organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Odoo Development & Customization

- Design, develop, and customize modules across various Odoo applications such as Sales, Inventory,

Accounting, CRM, HR, and Manufacturing.

- Develop new features, modify existing workflows, and enhance existing Odoo modules to meet business requirements.

- Build and maintain Odoo scripts, templates, reports, and automated actions.

- Upgrade and migrate Odoo versions while ensuring smooth data and configuration transitions.

- Technical Architecture & Integration

- Design scalable backend architectures aligned with Odoos framework.

- Integrate Odoo with third-party systems, APIs, and external services.

- Develop custom connectors and middleware to ensure seamless data flow across systems.

- Optimize database queries, modules, and server performance.

- Collaboration & Requirement Analysis

- Work closely with functional consultants, business users, and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and feasibility analysis.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

- Quality Assurance & Support

- Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and maintain clean, efficient code.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across Odoo modules and integrations.

- Ensure high application performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Prepare documentation, technical specifications, and user guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields.

- 58 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development and customization.

- Strong experience with Odoo framework (v12v17 preferred).

- Proficient in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and QWeb.

- Solid understanding of Odoo ORM, MVC architecture, and modular structure.
