Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Ironclad CLM Techno-Functional / Functional Consultant with strong hands-on implementation experience.

The ideal candidate will work closely with legal and business stakeholders to design, configure, and deliver end-to-end Ironclad CLM solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support end-to-end Ironclad CLM implementations.

- Gather and translate legal/business requirements into Ironclad workflows.

- Configure intake forms, workflows, approvals, templates, and clause libraries.

- Work with stakeholders across Legal, Procurement, Sales Ops, Compliance.

- Support integrations with systems like Salesforce, ERP, eSignature tools.

- Assist in data migration, UAT, training, and go-live support.

- Create functional documentation and provide implementation best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5 to 10 years of overall experience with 2+ years in Ironclad CLM.

- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management.

- Hands-on experience in Ironclad configuration and workflows.

- Exposure to REST APIs, integrations, and SSO.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Salesforce / SAP / DocuSign.

- Exposure to Ironclad AI features and reporting.

- Prior experience with enterprise or global clients.
