Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Diameter Engineer to design, implement, optimise, and support carrier-grade Diameter signalling solutions across Data core, Voice, roaming, policy, charging, and subscriber-data environments.

Total Experience: 8-10 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Govern, design, configure, test, and support DRA, DEA, and Diameter signalling platforms in telco networks.

- Manage Nokia and Ericsson Diameter routing, peer, realm, application, traffic steering, topology hiding, overload, and security configurations.

- Integrate DRA with core network functions such as HSS/HLR, UDM, PCRF/PCF, OCS/CHF, TAS, MME/AMF, SBC, roaming hubs, IPX/GRX providers, and partner networks.

- Support LTE/EPC, IMS, VoLTE, VoWiFi, roaming, policy, charging, subscriber authentication, and 4G-to-5G interworking services.

- Analyse traces, logs, alarms, KPIs, peer status, latency, transaction success rates, and capacity trends to maintain service quality.

- Lead incident investigation and root cause analysis for routing failures, peer issues, congestion, roaming faults, charging issues, and IMS signalling incidents.
