Product Lifecycle Management


Job Description :


- Manage the entire lifecycle of the IoT vibration monitoring product range.

- Ensure alignment of the offer with customer needs, including creation, modification, or discontinuation of products and services.


- Conduct lifecycle analysis and propose business plans and product positioning across the 4Ps.

- Rationalize and harmonize product lines for efficiency and coherence.

- Range Development & Support Enhance, maintain, and expand the product range.

- Provide technical support to operational teams and contribute to product quality feedback processes.

- Monitor product performance and ensure sustainability of documentation, as well as the technical credibility of the products.

- Initiate and support projects aimed at improving the product offering. Promotion & Market Deployment

- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the product range and support market penetration.

- Participate in product prescription activities.

- Maintain accurate product information within tools, databases, and communication channels.

- Technical Leadership :Act as a technical reference, making informed decisions on technical, application, or quality-related issues.

- Conduct continuous monitoring of technologies, competitors, and market trends.

- Capture explicit and latent customer needs and ensure proper reporting to management.

Technical Skills :


- Proven experience in IoT solutions, preferably in industrial monitoring, vibration analysis, or connected sensors.

- Strong knowledge of IoT architectures, sensors, data acquisition, cloud platforms, and analytics tools.

- Knowledge of Group and/or SBU products, services, and solutions, their applications, and their technical environments (processes, materials, and physical phenomena).

- Experience in establishing product launch plans and range plans.

- Ability to identify and develop value propositions that enhance product attractiveness (PSU).

- Knowledge of forecast budgeting and business planning.

- Strong ability to analyze and synthesize information.

- Proven project management capability.

- Critical thinking and a drive for continuous improvement.

- Strong collaboration and team spirit.Ability to influence and convince stakeholders at different levels.

- Excellent interpersonal and relational skills.

- High standards of professional ethics.
