The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available cloud solutions for connected devices, including backend services, serverless applications, IoT integrations, and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable AWS cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.

- Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js, Java, and Python.

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, microservices, and serverless applications.

- Develop IoT solutions using MQTT, WebSocket, and CoAP for bidirectional device communication.

- Integrate cloud platforms with firmware, mobile applications, and third-party systems.

- Implement authentication, authorization, monitoring, logging, and security best practices.

- Optimize SQL and NoSQL databases for performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support cloud deployment processes.

- Troubleshoot issues, optimize application performance, conduct code reviews, and maintain technical documentation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams for end-to-end IoT solution delivery.

Key Skills :

- 9+ years of experience in IoT, cloud platforms, and backend engineering.

- Strong expertise in Node.js, Java, and Python for backend application development.

- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, microservices, and serverless architectures.

- Strong experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation/CDK.

- Good knowledge of AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, AppSync, Step Functions, DynamoDB, RDS, Aurora, S3, OpenSearch, IoT Core, Cognito, IAM, KMS, SNS, SQS, EventBridge, Route 53, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, Systems Manager, and STS.

- Strong experience with AWS IoT services, including MQTT, WebSocket, CoAP, Device Shadows, Topic Rules, Policies, and device certificates (JITR).

- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, CI/CD pipelines, Git, OAuth 2.0, JWT, and Jest.

- Experience integrating cloud platforms with firmware and mobile applications.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
