We are seeking a visionary IoT Architect to spearhead our next-generation connected ecosystems. In this high-impact role, you will bridge the gap between complex hardware capabilities and scalable software solutions, acting as the primary technical authority for our IoT initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, product managers, and key enterprise stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust, secure, and high-performance architectures.

By designing end-to-end systems that handle massive data throughput and real-time device communication, you will directly influence the operational efficiency and digital transformation journeys of our global clients. This position is pivotal in shaping our technical roadmap and ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of the Industrial IoT landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect scalable, secure, and resilient IoT solutions that integrate seamlessly with cloud infrastructure to drive operational excellence for our clients.

- Lead the end-to-end design of IIoT ecosystems, ensuring high availability and low-latency communication across diverse industrial environments.

- Define and implement communication protocols, specifically leveraging MQTT, to ensure reliable data exchange between edge devices and centralized platforms.

- Collaborate with software engineering squads to oversee the development of backend services using Node.js, ensuring code quality and architectural alignment.

- Optimize cloud-native IoT deployments on AWS IoT to enhance system performance, cost-efficiency, and data security for enterprise-grade applications.

- Mentor senior engineering teams by providing technical guidance and establishing best practices in solution architecture and system integration.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in solution architecting for complex, large-scale IoT and IIoT environments, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade systems.

- Advanced proficiency in Node.js for building high-performance, asynchronous backend services capable of handling high-frequency device telemetry.

- Deep technical mastery of AWS IoT Core and related cloud services, with the ability to design secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud architectures.

- Extensive experience in implementing and troubleshooting MQTT and other lightweight messaging protocols in resource-constrained edge environments.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical leadership and clients.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment across our Hyderabad, Pune, or Noida offices.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field, complemented by 10 to 20 years of progressive experience in the technology sector.
