Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in both front-end and back-end development.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building, customizing, and integrating ServiceNow applications along with modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.

- Develop and maintain ServiceNow Service Portal components, widgets, and UI pages.

- Build scalable front-end applications using JavaScript and React.

- Develop server-side logic using ServiceNow scripting (Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions).

- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST APIs and web services.

- Work on microservices-based architecture for enterprise-level integrations.

- Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of ServiceNow solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in production and non-production environments.

- Follow best coding practices and ensure proper documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Full Stack or ServiceNow Developer.

- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, React, and modern front-end frameworks.

- Solid experience with ServiceNow Service Portal development.

- Strong knowledge of REST API integration and web services.

- Experience working with microservices-based architecture.

- Understanding of ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations.

- Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Good to Have :

- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or CIS).

- Experience with UI Builder and Workspaces.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Exposure to cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
