We are looking for a .NET Technical Manager to lead development teams, drive technical architecture, and ensure successful delivery of .NET-based solutions.

This role combines hands-on technical leadership with people and project management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of .NET developers across multiple projects.

- Define system architecture and technical standards for .NET applications.

- Review and approve technical designs, code quality, and best practices.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and architects.

- Ensure timely delivery, scalability, performance, and security of applications.

- Mentor team members and support career development.

- Participate in release planning, risk management, and technical roadmap creation.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7- 9 years of experience in .NET development, with leadership experience.

- Strong hands-on expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and Microservices.

- Experience in system architecture, design patterns, and enterprise solutions.

- Solid experience with SQL Server and database design.

- Experience managing Agile/Scrum teams.
