Role Overview :
We are seeking a seasoned Intune SME to lead our enterprise endpoint management strategy and execution. In this role, you will serve as the primary technical authority for modern device management, overseeing complex migrations and the deployment of Windows Autopilot solutions across a global infrastructure.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional IT teams, security stakeholders, and executive leadership to ensure seamless device provisioning and compliance. By driving the transition to cloud-native management, you will directly influence the digital workspace experience for thousands of users, ensuring that our environment remains secure, scalable, and highly performant.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement Windows Autopilot workflows to automate device provisioning, significantly reducing manual IT overhead and accelerating time-to-productivity for new hires.
- Develop and maintain advanced PowerShell scripts to automate complex configuration tasks, reporting, and remediation processes across the global endpoint fleet.
- Partner with security and compliance teams to enforce robust device policies, ensuring that all endpoints meet stringent organizational security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide high-level technical mentorship to junior engineers and serve as the final point of escalation for critical issues related to endpoint management and device lifecycle management.
Required Skillset :
- Expert-level proficiency in Windows Autopilot and modern deployment methodologies, including the ability to troubleshoot complex enrollment and provisioning failures.
- Advanced scripting capabilities in PowerShell, specifically applied to automating administrative tasks and extending the native functionality of Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
- Strong consultative communication skills, with the ability to translate technical endpoint strategies into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to thrive in a distributed, remote-first environment, maintaining high levels of autonomy while coordinating effectively with global teams.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by relevant Microsoft certifications in modern desktop administration.
