We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to lead the development and scaling of our core cloud-native microservices.

You will be a hands-on technical leader, responsible for architectural decisions, code quality, and the overall performance and resilience of our backend systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy highly scalable, fault-tolerant microservices using Golang or Java (Spring Boot).

- Architect and optimize data storage solutions using both PostgreSQL/MySQL and NoSQL databases (Cassandra/Redis).

- Drive the adoption of best-in-class DevOps practices, including enhancing continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using GitLab CI or Jenkins.

- Work extensively with containerization and orchestration technologies, specifically Docker and Kubernetes, deployed on major cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.

- Mentor and guide junior team members on complex technical challenges, code reviews, and system design principles.

Technical Skills Required :

- 6+ years of professional software development experience.

- Expert proficiency in either Golang or Java/Spring Boot.

- Strong experience with Microservices Architecture and Distributed Systems.

- Mandatory hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.

- Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.

- Solid grasp of Data Structures & Algorithms.

- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus and Grafana is a plus
