Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement Teamcenter solutions based on business requirements.

- Analyze client processes and provide PLM solution recommendations to optimize operations.

- Develop and maintain Teamcenter customizations using ITK, RAC, BMIDE, SOA, and other relevant technologies.

- Design and implement integrations with CAD tools (NX, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).

- Configure workflows, lifecycles, and business rules to align with organizational processes.

- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.

- Lead solution architecture design, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Teamcenter developers and consultants.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, integration, and production environments.

- Implement PLM best practices, governance frameworks, and data management strategies.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and user guides.

- Stay updated with the latest Teamcenter releases, PLM trends, and industry best practices.

- Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, technical presentations, and RFP responses.


Requirements :


- 5 to 12 years of experience in Teamcenter development, consulting, or solution architecture.

- Strong hands-on experience with Teamcenter ITK, RAC, BMIDE, SOA, and related Teamcenter tools.

- Expertise in Teamcenter administration, configuration, and customization.

- Experience integrating Teamcenter with CAD systems (NX, CATIA, SolidWorks, Creo) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).

- Knowledge of PLM processes such as BOM management, change management, document management, and workflow automation.

- Strong understanding of software architecture, databases (Oracle, SQL Server), and web technologies.

- Experience in solution design, system implementation, and deployment for medium to large-scale projects.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication skills to interact with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.

- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.


Preferred / Plus Skills :


- Teamcenter Active Workspace (AW) experience.

- Experience with cloud-based PLM deployments (AWS, Azure).

- Knowledge of PLM digital transformation initiatives and Industry 4.0 trends.

- Certifications in Teamcenter or PLM technologies.
