About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Integration Test Lead to join our Financial Crime Management (FCM) team.

This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of Fraud, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Sanctions business rules across enterprise-level banking systems.

The candidate will lead integration testing activities that validate alerts, automate test cases, and collaborate extensively with diverse teams to deliver secure and compliant financial crime prevention solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, planning, execution, and reporting of comprehensive integration tests for FCM business rules related to Fraud, AML, and Sanctions.

- Validate alert scenarios ensuring that financial crime detection systems function correctly and produce actionable outcomes.

- Champion an automation-first testing approach using API and rules-based validation tools and frameworks such as Postman, RestAssured, and Cucumber.

- Coordinate integration efforts with Core Banking, Payments, Data teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless data flow and rule execution.

- Manage defects efficiently by chairing triage meetings, prioritizing issues, and driving timely closure, especially for critical defects.

- Partner closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and vendors to clarify rule logic, dependencies, and expected outcomes.

- Mentor and guide junior analysts and testers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the Financial Crime workstream.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Deep knowledge of Financial Crime domains, including Fraud detection, AML compliance, and Sanctions screening systems.

- Hands-on expertise in API testing and automation frameworks such as Postman, RestAssured, and BDD tools like Cucumber.

- Strong proficiency in SQL to perform robust data validations and support testing activities.

- Experience working with defect tracking and test management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and Xray.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with proven ability to coordinate effectively among multiple suppliers and cross-functional teams.

- Experience leading integration testing efforts in complex banking or financial services environments, demonstrating excellent communication and leadership skills.
