Role Summary :

Responsible for designing and building the integration between ServiceNow Knowledge Base and Maven AGI APIs. Ensures ServiceNow Copilot can access, personalize, and act on knowledge content by leveraging Mavens graph-based intelligence platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow Knowledge Base and Maven AGI APIs.

- Enable Copilot to retrieve, personalize, and recommend KB articles dynamically.

- Map ServiceNow KB structures to Mavens graph-based schema.

- Implement secure API calls (REST, GraphQL if applicable) for query and response handling.

- Ensure real-time sync between ServiceNow content and Mavens intelligence layer.

- Troubleshoot and optimize integration performance, including caching and response time.

- Collaborate with the Sr. Integration Architect and App Engineer to align on PRD requirements.

Requirements :

- 5-8 years experience in system integrations, ideally within ServiceNow ecosystems.

- Strong hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow Knowledge Management module.

- Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, and data transformation.

- Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub and API-based knowledge retrieval.

- Familiarity with knowledge personalization or AI-driven search is a plus.
