Job Description :

Noida Only (Members to work from client office and during US/UK time zones)

We are seeking a skilled Integration Engineer to lead and support Packet Core upgrade activities across 4G/5G networks. The role involves end-to-end integration, upgrade execution, validation, and troubleshooting of core network elements while ensuring minimal service impact and adherence to customer timelines.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan and execute Packet Core upgrades (SGSN-MME, AMF, SMF, UPF,CCPC,SAPC,WMG,EPG 3.x)

- Perform pre-checks, health checks, and post-upgrade validations

- Execute software installation, patching, and traffic migration activities

- Ensure service continuity during maintenance windows and traffic cutovers

- Troubleshoot integration and post-upgrade issues across network elements

- Work closely with Solution Architects, Design, and Operations teams

- Support rollback planning and execution in case of failures

- Maintain and update Method of Procedure (MoP) and documentation

- Automate repetitive tasks using scripting (Python/Shell preferred)

- Ensure compliance with customer SLAs and quality standards

Technical Skills Required :

Core Network Expertise :

- Strong knowledge of 4G EPC & 5G Core architecture

- Hands-on experience with :

i. MME / SGW / PGW

ii. AMF / SMF / UPF / PCF

Platform & Tools :

- Linux/Unix systems

- Virtualization / Cloud (OpenStack, Kubernetes)

- CI/CD tools (optional but preferred)

- Log analysis and tracing tools

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work in high-pressure maintenance windows

- Good stakeholder communication and coordination

- Customer-facing experience preferred

Certifications (Good to Have) :

- Nokia /Ericsson Packet Core certifications

- Red Hat / Linux certifications

- Cloud certifications -Redhat OpenShift
