Role Overview :

We are looking for a Java & TIBCO Integration Developer with 48 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integration solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong Java fundamentals, hands-on experience with TIBCO middleware, and exposure to Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI) domains.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop integration solutions using Java/J2EE and TIBCO Business Works.

- Build and maintain REST/SOAP web services and enterprise integrations.

- Develop TIBCO components including BW flows, EMS messaging, adapters, and transformations.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and performance tuning.

- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA, and DevOps teams.

- Follow SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and enterprise coding standards.

- Provide production support and participate in incident resolution when required.

Required Skills :

- 4 to 8 years of experience in Java application development.

- Strong hands-on experience with: Java / J2EE, TIBCO Business Works (BW), TIBCO EMS, SOAP & REST Web Services.

- Good knowledge of XML, XSD, JSON, and WSDL.

- Experience with SQL/Databases (Oracle / SQL Server).

- Familiarity with Git/SVN version control tools.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Experience in Finance / Banking / Insurance (BFSI) domain.

- Exposure to enterprise integration / middleware architecture.

- Knowledge of CI/CD, Jenkins, DevOps practices.

- TIBCO certification is a plus.

- Experience with cloud platforms is an advantage
