Role Summary :

This role is responsible for designing and updating training materials and products to support business needs. The Instructional Designer will work with the learning and development team to create new materials and update existing ones to support business growth. The incumbent will also manage customer support requests related to the learning management system.

Key Skills :

- Thorough knowledge of adult learning design and development best practices.

- Ability to think critically and solve problems related to instructional design.

- Demonstrated experience working with western companies/organizations and communicating with U.S. team members.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.

- Storyboarding and storytelling skills for developing learning content.

- Proficient writing and editing skills to create clear and engaging instructional content.

- Graphic Design Skills/Portfolio.

- Audio and Video Editing/Engineering.

- Proficient understanding of Design Standards, Visual Composition, Photography, and Videography.

- Ability to incorporate different learning modalities (e-Learning, Instructor Led, blended learning solutions).

- Experience working with various LMS technologies.

- Ability to write and design effective assessments to measure learning outcomes.

Tech Stack :

- Microsoft 365 Suite (Teams, Power Point, etc.)

- Articulate (Storyline, Rise)

- Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition, Firefly, Experience Manager)

- TechSmith (SnagIt)

Experience :

- 8 years+ in instructional design, training methodologies, delivery, and/or training technology.

- 5 years+ in learning management system or SABA technology preferred.

- 5 years+ in operations preferred.
