Instavans - Lead Full Stack Engineer - Node.js/Next.js

Role : Lead Full Stack Engineer (Next.js, Node.js, Agentic AI)

The Mission :

Instavans builds enterprise- grade logistics SaaS (TMS, RMS). We need a Full Stack Lead to architect end- to- end systems and set the bar for UI and backend performance.

- Architecture : Lead full- stack development using Next.js, React, and Node.js.

- Infrastructure : Own the cloud lifecycle on AWS and manage MongoDB/Redis data layers.

- AI Velocity : Use GenAI, Agentic AI, and Vibe Coding to slash Time- to- Market.

- Performance : Optimize Core Web Vitals, caching strategies, and DB query latency.

- Leadership : Mentor 2 to 4 engineers; own complex features like Live Tracking.

- Stack : Expert TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.

- Backend & Data : Hands- on with MongoDB (NoSQL), Redis (Caching/Queues), and AWS services.

- Real- time : Deep understanding of REST, WebSockets, and SSE.

- State/Testing : React Query, Zustand, Jest, and Cypress.

Education :

- Tier- 1 Engineering College (IIT / BITS / Top NIT / IIIT or equivalent).
