Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and applications using Java/J2EE.

- Utilize the Spring framework to build robust, maintainable, and scalable applications.

- Work with RDBMS (Relational Database Management Systems) to design schemas, write optimized queries, and manage data.

- Contribute to the development and delivery of our SaaS software, ensuring it meets high standards of reliability and performance.

- Participate actively in an Agile/Scrum environment, collaborating with a cross-functional team to deliver features efficiently.

- Apply strong OOPS concepts and problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Education : A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.

Experience :

- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Java software development.

- Solid experience in Java/J2EE skills and a strong grasp of OOPS concepts.

- Strong fundamentals in the Spring framework.

- Working knowledge of RDBMS.

- Demonstrated experience with Scrum or other Agile development methodologies.

- Experience developing and delivering SaaS software.

Soft Skills : Excellent written and oral communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
