About the Role :

We are seeking a talented Java Software Engineer with strong experience in both frontend and backend development to join our dynamic development team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in Java/J2EE technologies, web development frameworks, and SaaS application development. This role requires a collaborative mindset, proficiency in Agile methodologies, and the ability to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust backend solutions using Java/J2EE technologies.

- Develop dynamic and responsive frontend applications using Angular or React frameworks.

- Apply strong OOP principles and Spring fundamentals in application development.

- Work with RDBMS to design, implement, and optimize database solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver software solutions.

- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing software applications to improve performance and reliability.

- Contribute to the development and delivery of SaaS software solutions, ensuring high quality and scalability.

- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering field.

- Experience : 3+ years of hands-on experience in software development (frontend and backend).

- Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE with hands-on experience in Spring framework.

- Solid understanding of OOP concepts and software design principles.

- Working knowledge of RDBMS (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).

- Strong JavaScript skills and expertise in modern web development technologies.

- Experience with frontend frameworks such as Angular or React.

- Understanding of SaaS software development lifecycle.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
