Role : Salesforce Integration Consultant (Contract to Hire)

Experience : 15+ Years

Notice Period : 15 days

Responsibilities :

- Candidate should have Strong 15+ years of experience as SF Developer and Administrator.

- Lead end-to-end integration projects with Salesforce as the central hub.

- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, automation rules, and flows.

- Expose and manage custom fields (e.g., Project Number) for API access and downstream integration.

- Develop and maintain integrations using Salesforce REST & SOAP APIs for authentication, querying, updating, and data extraction.

- Build lightweight integration scripts/connectors using Python, Node.js, or Apex REST.

- Implement REST API integrations with third-party systems using JSON, XML, and OAuth 2.0 authentication.

- Coordinate integration with Paycor and Acumatica, including :

- Salesforce Paycor : Employee/job record synchronization via Paycor API.

- Salesforce Acumatica : ERP integration using Acumatica REST & Service Objects (SO) APIs.

- Design and implement error handling, retries, logging, and monitoring for API calls.

- Automate internal workflows using Salesforce Flow and Process Builder.

- Develop scheduled and batch jobs to support data synchronization.

- Perform data mapping and transformation, including Salesforce Opportunity data to Paycor and Acumatica fields.

- Handle data validation, error resolution, and mismatch correction.

- Define and execute test cases for API calls, integrations, and data flows.

- Prepare technical documentation including integration design, data mapping, deployment guides, and test results.

Preferred Certifications :

- Salesforce Certified Integration Architect.

- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.

- Salesforce Certified Data Architect.
