Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Teamcenter Consultant to lead the implementation, migration, and administration of Teamcenter PLM solutions.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Teamcenter AWC/RAC migration, ECN/BOM management, integrations, and user onboarding, ensuring seamless transition while aligning with Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) functionalities.

You will work closely with engineering, IT, and business teams to optimize product lifecycle processes and support enterprise-wide PLM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Teamcenter implementation and migration projects, including RAC to AWC migration.

- Plan, execute, and monitor migration strategies while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Decommission legacy RAC clients and facilitate transition to AWC.

- Align system configurations with OOTB Teamcenter functionalities while accommodating customizations where required.

- Ensure data integrity and validate ECN/BOM structures during migration.

- Provide user onboarding, training, and support for Teamcenter users.

- Manage user roles, access permissions, and administration tasks within Teamcenter.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating as needed.

- Ensure smooth integration with CAD systems (e.g., NX, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).

- Collaborate with business and engineering teams to optimize PLM processes.

- Support ECN (Engineering Change Notice) and BOM (Bill of Materials) management within Teamcenter.

- Design and implement integrations with other enterprise systems to streamline workflows.

- Participate in testing, validation, and sign-off of migration and integration deliverables.

- Develop and maintain migration plans, process documentation, and training materials.

- Recommend and implement PLM best practices aligned with organizational objectives.

- Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to junior consultants and administrators.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM, including AWC and RAC clients.

- Expertise in migration projects from RAC to AWC.

- In-depth knowledge of ECN, BOM management, and workflows in Teamcenter.

- Experience with Teamcenter integration with CAD tools and ERP systems.

- Hands-on experience in Teamcenter administration and user support.

- Knowledge of OOTB functionalities and system customization.
