Innova Solutions - ServiceNow Test Engineer

Job Description :

We are looking for a ServiceNow Testing Engineer (SDET) with a strong Telecom domain background to ensure quality delivery across ServiceNow implementations. The role involves designing test scenarios, developing automation using ServiceNow ATF, validating integrations, and collaborating closely with BA and development teams to support the ServiceNow roadmap.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and execute manual and automated test cases using ServiceNow ATF.

- Perform system, regression, and integration testing with sample and live data.

- Validate ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and tools like Postman.

- Log, track, and manage defects in JIRA; perform root cause analysis and re-testing.

- Monitor application health, usage, and compliance.

- Provide regular test execution reports and status updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in ServiceNow testing (Manual + ATF).

- Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow Admin activities :

a. Data Sources, Import Sets, MID Server, Scheduled Jobs

- Strong understanding of CMDB :

a. CIs, Relationships, IT & TNI Class Models, Circuit Modeling

b. IRE (Identification & Reconciliation), sys_object_source

- Good working knowledge of ITIL / ITSM processes.

- Telecom domain experience is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.

- ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
