Description :

- Lead end-to-end backend development using Python

- Design and build scalable systems using Django, Flask, and FastAPI

- Architect and develop high-performance REST APIs

- Implement and optimize Elasticsearch for search and data retrieval

- Design and manage PostgreSQL databases with focus on performance and scalability

- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and best-practice guidance

- Mentor and manage a team of backend developers

- Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams for timely delivery

- Participate in system design and architecture discussions

Required Skills :

- Strong expertise in Python

- Hands-on experience with Django, Flask, FastAPI

- Experience with Elasticsearch

- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL

- Solid understanding of system design and scalable architectures

- Experience handling and leading development teams

- Familiarity with Git and Agile development practices

Good to Have :

- Experience with Docker / Kubernetes

- Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- Experience with microservices architecture

Notice Period :

- Immediate to 30 days preferred
